Welcome to Marshall County Renters' Association (MCRA). MCRA was formed in 2004 to help Marshall County to develop and maintain better communication between tenants, landlords, and other rental companies. You can see a list of some of the members below. Dues are payed yearly based on the number of rental properties you own. Dues for less that 15 properties are $100 per year. If you own 15 or more properties your dues will be $200 a year.
